How It Works

• Collect Sample – Collect semen in the provided cup after 3–7 days of abstinence.
• Liquefy Sample – Allow the sample to liquefy for 60 minutes.
• Prepare Mixture – Draw 0.1 mL using the transfer device and mix with dilution buffer.
• Apply to Test – Add 2 drops of the mixture into the test cassette.
• Wait for Results – Read results after 5 minutes.

Reading Your Result

• Normal Result – Two lines (Control + Test) indicate normal sperm concentration (≥15 million/mL).
• Low Result – One line (Control only) indicates low sperm concentration (<15 million/mL).
