Excellent for finer dissection

• Design: It typically features a flat, slim, and balanced design, with a textured or grooved gripping surface (often cross-serrated) to provide the user with enhanced control and prevent slippage during delicate work.
• Blade Compatibility: The No. 3 handle uses a “fitment” or “slip-lock” design to securely attach and detach a wide range of smaller-sized blades. Compatible blade sizes include #6, #9, #10, #10A, #11, #12, #13, #14, #15, #15A, #16, and #40.

Scalpel handle No.4 is made with fine quality stainless steel, slip lock design.

Excellent for finer dissection

• Design: Features a flat, slim profile that provides an optimal and ergonomic grip, ensuring precise control during use. The handle usually has transverse ridges or a textured surface to reduce the risk of slippage, even when handled with gloves.
• Blade Fitment: It uses a specific “fitment” or “slip-lock” design to securely attach and detach blades. The No. 4 handle is designed to fit larger blades, specifically sizes #18, #19, #20, #21, #22, #22A, #23, #24, #25, #25A, #26, #27, and #36.
