• Steel welding : Boasteel from fortune global 500. Panasonic robotic ensure 360* full smooth welding
• Plastic/ Painting: Environmental plastic can be sterilized at a temperature of 100c and has a tensile strength of up to 30MPa. 11 process epoxy painting with a thickness of 0.12mm and a brightness of 60, which is capable of resisting impacts of up to 50kg
• Head & foot board: the head and foot boards feature "integrated protective corners" with hollow design, which is combined with barrel-type bumper wheels that have a diameter of 60mm. This design not only minimizes the overall space occupied by the bed but also provides protection. Additionally, the head and foot boards are effortless to disassemble and clean.
• Castors: 5' covered castors. TPR tire non-ware out after running 10km.  Anti-winding hard shell cover, united forming without bolts. Pass dynamic test: pass obstacle teste 40 000 times, under standard 200kg load of the whole bed.
• Platform: Die punching bed board features a robot-welded surface that has been polished to perfection, leaving now welding scars. Bearing 200kg
• Siderail: The guardrail is made of six-pole folding aluminium alloy, with stainless steel poles and plastic handle.
• Hand Cranks: 3 retractable hand cranks to control back-rest, knees-rest and height. The hand cranks remain intact after 100 000 uses.
• Mattress Retainer: The dual-function mattress retainer serves to not only prevent scratches on the bed frame's paint but also retains the mattress in place and prevents mattress sliding.
• Drainage Hook: Laser cutting drainage hook , both sides
• IV Pole: The infusion pole made of stainless steel and has four plastic hooks that can bear up to 15kg of weight
